lies.
half are forgivable, half arent forgivable.
two faced lying cheats.
you are not worth the effort.
you are not worth the friendship.
how can people be so different in a split second?
are we that blind to see?
next time,
think twice when you're feeling happy because things may not be the same for others.
you wont know unless you're the one taking the hit.
it's sad seeing people on the down low.
how is it made possible for someone to feel guilty for happiness?
this is complete outrage.
no one should feel sorry for celebrating simple bliss.
but then again.
this is the life.
open your eyes.
wake up.
the world is deceitful.
the shallowness of human nature is taking its toll.

i got distracted AGAIN.
whoops.
gotta re- paint those fingernails.
answer: being universally beautiful.
what if people only see you for who you are because of your outward apperance? your personality doesnt matter as much anymore because your beauty makes up whatever flaws you have.
answer: totally accepted for who you are.
what if you weren't given the chance to get close enough to a person to share your inner most feelings simply because you're not as good looking as the other?
there has been an assumption where people judge people solely on how they look. rating someone's personality and heart with a single glance is just low. there is far more than beauty. far more.
an experiment was carried out not long ago. a girl will drop her books in the middle of the street, and we'll see what happens next. they used girls who were classified as beautiful to girls classified as ugly. guys rushed to help the 'beautiful' girl. when it was the 'ugly', fat girl, people passed her by just as if she was invisible. they came to conclusion that your outward apperance may also affect how others treat you.
being accepted because you are beautiful. being left out because you are not as beautiful. do we all have to be beautiful and exactly the same to be accepted? which one matters most? inside or outside?
the real question is "who are we to say what beautiful is?"
is 'beautiful' what majority admires? or is 'beautiful' what you solely love?
how do you personify 'beautiful'?

could you die from a broken heart?
scientists have confirmed that people really can die of a broken heart.
A traumatic breakup, the death of a loved one or even the shock of a surprise party can unleash a flood of stress hormones that can stun the heart,
causing sudden, life-threatening heart spasms in otherwise healthy people.
first described in Japan 15 years ago,
Broken Heart Syndrome occurs because reactive trauma floods the body with adrenaline and similar stress hormones,
which over-stimulate the nervous system and stun the heart muscle.
unlike a heart attack, Broken Heart Syndrome is reversible if diagnosed early.
unlike a heart attack, Broken Heart Syndrome is reversible if diagnosed early.
Patients are hospitalized and can recover within days -
with no permanent damage to their hearts.
Once medical issues are stabilized, seeking a trained mental health specialist will help cure the emotional trauma.
it is possible dying.
...
heartless.
Apology after baby's body returned without complete heart.
The family of Lazariah Mar were told by Auckland District Health Board to pick up the rest of four-day-old son Lazariah Mar's heart after they thought they had buried all of him.
Lazariah died following two heart operations.
his parents were aware that heart tissue had been taken from their son during the final operation, but they assumed the tissue was put back in him before they took his body away for burial with his grandfather, who had died days earlier, in Waiomio.
...
healing a broken heart.
God's way.
emotions are a vital part of the way we are made.
yet we can’t understand why it takes so long to heal from emotional injuries.
wewould never prematurely remove a cast until the broken bone is fully recovered.
we must realize complete emotional healing requires time.
"He heals the brokenhearted, binding up their wounds."
Psalm 147:3
The key is trust
Our human tendency is to avoid painful situations,
even burying them.
Can we ever trust those who hurt us so deeply?
release-
"when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are holding a grudge against, so that your father in heaven will forgive your sins."
Mark 11:25
refocus-
"Now glory be to God! By his mighty power at work within us, he is able to accomplish infinitely more than we would ever dare to ask or hope."
Ephesians 3:20
receive-
"He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When others are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us."
2 Corinthians 4
there is a reason.
Once there was a young man who proclaimed to have the most beautiful, flawless heart. An old man challenged him. The crowd looked at the old man’s heart. It was beating strongly, but full of scars. Some pieces had been removed and others had been put in, but didn’t fit quite right. The old man looked at the young man, “I would never trade my heart for yours. Every scar represents a person I’ve given my love -- I tear out a piece and give it to them. Sometimes they give me a piece of their broken heart, which I fit along jagged edges. When the person doesn’t return my love, a painful gouge is left. Those gouges stay open, reminding me that I love these people too. Perhaps someday they will return and fill that space.”
We would never choose to have a broken heart.
the agony and recovery time is just too unbearable.
there is Someone,
however,
who had a flawless heart and chose to have it broken.
in every way,
Jesus experienced a broken heart.
"He was despised and rejected - a man of sorrows, acquainted with bitterest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way when he went by. He was despised, and we did not care."
Isaiah 53:3
He understands betrayal, temptation, and loss.
He is our Comforter, Counselor, and Companion who fills our heart’s empty spaces.
...
hearts wont lie.
do what you feel is right.
following the most popular choice isnt always the best idea.
If you choose to follow your feelings,
many other people may feel that you are wrong.
learn to follow your heart and not let other people make choices for you.
...
hearts are so bloody complicated.
it experiences both joy and sadness;
two completely different feelings.
without hearts,
we would die.
words are the most powerful weapon to a heart.

21 days have gone by.
i'm home, safe and glad.
first few days in kuching was awesome.
first mission was to surprise kris.
the look on wawa and kris's face was priceless.
made 1000s of calls to relatives.
appointments followed.
yeah, everyone looks the same.
well, there few a few more wrinkles and greys,
but we're only human aren't we?
apparently i look like mum.
i totally agree because mummy is beAutiful ><
hah.
kuching is still rather much kuching except for a few additional malls.
the hawkers are still operating.
the weather? SWEAT.
having ties in two places,
i find heart breaking.
it's so hard to be absolutely happy in one place;
there are always things and people to miss.
deserting one side may be an option;
a selfish act
but it'll save a million unnecessary heartaches.
gotta suck it up for now,
will sort it out later in life.

people like me, who don't drive feel a LOT less handicapped to get to places.
life is so much more independant.
needless to say how fabulous the shopping is.
every station is connected to a mall.
what more could one ask for?

i saw polar bears for the first time.
they were rather green?
but still cute.
pygmy hippos i saw for the first time as well.
they're are known as the underwater ballerinas of africa.
they love to flaunt their rather large ass.
self confident creatures aren't they?
of course i saw my darling otters.
who skips the otters?
the couldnt stop back flipping,
what show offs huh?
freakishly adorable show offs.
i've realized that i can go anti-family for a max of 10 ten day till the missing kicks in.
okay,
that was my holiday.

i smiled a zillion smiles.
laughed a million laughs.

tears were shed from the eyes beside me.
had snow ice.
went to parkson after the movie ended.
the aim was to buy jadore.
but it was RM369?
which is totally ridiculous for a 100ml bottle of perfume.
had a browse in MNG.
we topped it off with dinner at secret garden.
we ordered lemon fish, butter chicken, 'mapo' beancurd and four bowls of rice.
the 'mapo' beancurd demie ordered wasnt exactly what we expected it to be.
but we ate it anyway.
who stole the box of nerds?
i'll never know would i?
i wouldnt go ballistic if i found out who did it,
i mean it HAS happened before.
i just think a little honesty would be nice .
good night.
