This morning,
I went to the Auckland Food Show with my family.
the queue.
I got freaked out by this massive golden rabbit.
Taiwanese stalls!
we went to watch Donna Hay...
she made 4 dishes within an hour.
pretty amazing.
i'm going to attempt those dishes in the holidays!

I think it was red blossom tea.
They even sell fragrant soaps!

The bartender gave me a straight shot of that spirit.
It shot straight up my brain and sent my throat on fire.
I'm never doing that again.

This tool (which i forgot to photograph) which makes perfect round sushi and lolly cakes.
i almost got it but changed my mind because it's kinda like cheating actually.
i'd rather make sushi the proper way.

the feijoa one is pretty good too.

Roasted garlic aioli, chilli garlic vinaigrette and spanish sausages.
It was a good experience but i personally wont go again;
All those samples and shots got my tummy all screwed up.
It was sweet, sour, salty, bitter, fizzy altogether.
Definitely not a good feeling,
It's as if your body cells are playing fireworks.
