LOOK! PRESENTS!!! FINALLY!! gotta fill the empty floor beneath the christmas tree. oh, add a few christmas songs to my playlist just to rev up the christmas spirit :)
this was yesterday (saturday). went to botany with megs to get sophie and shorale's birthday gifts. and did a bit of shopping. had sushi for lunch. had columbus's frappes, i had the vanilla one, it tasted like crap. like milk and crush ice. yuck. dont know about megs blueberry one. ah, she owes me $7.
i SHOULDN'T have laid eyes on these roman sandals!!! i've been hunting for the perfect pair of roman sandals since forever. but all of them seem to have bulky, overly contrasting buckles and studs with extremely thick straps. this pair from witchery spelled P-E-R-F-E-C-T. they even have my size!! yayness. but then, my fat foot got stuck just after the third strap! AH!!!!!!!!!!!! wtf is this! i call for plastic surgery!!! curse my broad feet! larger sizes wont help because, like the lady said "it only gets longer, not wider" ugh. if you pass witchery, WALK IN. try the sandals. and BUY IT. i'll be so happy and proud for you.
got shorts from glassons. it's summer :) i got a brown one in another design too, it was 2 for $45.
these earrings were a mistake. they are so freakishly massive! i should have taken a closer took. need to get a smaller pair.
we picked out pink bling earrings for sophie. her birthday- 9 december.
we picked out guitar bling earrings for shorale. her birthday- 7 december
sunday. the usual- was at work. THEN, at 12pm, boss asked me to go home because we were over staffed. so freakin happy!! rang home for someone to pick me up, but found out that they were all out shopping. so freakin sad. i dont wanna walk all the way home while my family happily shops without me, i'd rather work. so, i rang dad. the he said he'll come fetch me to join them!!! bloody yay!
there was this asian convention thingy. every item was asian themed, hosted by asians as well. i only took a few snaps of the martial arts event. then i continued shopping. they sang the 'we are family' song from the beijing olympics :D it was nice. but then, there were 'asian opera' performances by old old people =.=" that was a tad EMBARASSING.

got myself a maxi dress just to keep up with fashion galaxy, they seem to be worn a lot these days. got it from glassons. im not over the moon about this dress; it was my second choice :( the aqua chiffon one i really really wanted only had size 6 left. so yah. lost another grip. this is just a straight cut boob tube maxi dress, cotton not chiffon.
high waist skirt from cotton on. this is the brown one; i didnt know whether to get black or brown so i bought both :) the shade of brown looks REALLY shit behind lens but it's actually nice and dark.
scarf from just jeans i got it for $4.90 !! hehheh, the original price was $24.99. that's like 80% off :)
went perfume sniffing with brandon! the mission was to pick out a perfume for jason's christmas present. went through almost every perfume available to test, nothing left untouched. the verdict- d & G's light blue (didnt get it because it was listed as a natural spray or some shit) armani code by giorgio armani was nice too :) by the time we got to thierry mulger, we were so high from excessive sniffing, got a Tinsy WOoosy. BUT, i somehow fell in love with *points up to the photo* ALIEN by thierry mulger. it smells strange and weird at first but it has a sweet after scent. i lovee..! then we checked the price, jesus it's $155 JUST for a 60ml bottle. "when it rains cash, we'll come back" yah, then the headaches got worse, so we went off clothing shopping, ended up buying jason a tee and denim shorts from jeans west.
still gotta get get daddy, mummy and brandon's presents! i hate brain-storming gift ideas!
i found this sheep? in one of mum's drawer. almost ended up as one of hero's toys. but thought it was too cute to be chewed by hero so i saved it and cello-taped it above my door knob :D
beach party tomorrow. celebration for shorale, john and sophie's birthdays. they have no clue it's for them. surprise surprise :P EXCITING!!!!
