i entered esquires all ready for work at 2pm. "did you see gary?" said kevin. *turns head, take two* so, it was gary after all!!! prior entering esquires, i walked passed gary's mum and the wrongly assumed brother of his. i only managed a lil' weak smile for greeting's sake. i blame the sunglasses and the fact that my vision was only half perfect; forgot to put my left contacts on AGAIN. i always realize only after the sunnies are taken off. i have this funny perception that it's okay if your vision is blur if you have sunnies on because it's meant to be. anyhoo, back to gary. so i quickly ran out to say hi, properly welcomed him home. i used to work with gary. he left for melbourne a few months after i just started to work, working for this computer design company. he looks the same. yah, so he''s back for christmas and will be flying off after the new year. it's always so exciting seeing someone after them being away for so long.
okay, this was yesterday. before attending "the gift" sophie and i decided to exchange presents because i think receiving presents after christmas is not as meaningful; you dont get to experience the fullness of christmas. we exchanged through her very confusing mailbox. i couldnt figure out how to open it, lol. the back of the mailbox looks like a 'door'so i thought that should be the opening, like all mailboxes. but after 5 yanks, it still failed to open. walked around it looking for any possible openings, none. then bro screened down from the car asking me to lift the top. hahahah, then with one finger, i managed to open the mailbox and switch the presents. the mailbox is either freakishly different or im just plain dumb.
christine, my boss gave me a christmas card as this will be my last shift till christmas. *face lights up* apperently only 3 people (including me) got it

the plan was to deliver megs christmas gift today but the weather was crappy, i cancelled. i couldnt be bothered opening an umbrella. so i'll dump it in a polysterene box as told to tomorrow. cant put it in the mailbox because it's apparent that there are slimy snails living within it. so she says.
it'll be christmas eve tomorrow!!
whoopdedoo!!
christmas gives a magical feeling, my heart's beginning to flutter :D
