Hillsong conference 2009.

the conference wil be on the 7th-10th july 2009.
it's still far away;
lots of room for planning!!
joel and victoria osteen and the whole lakewood church team will be there along with other guest speakers :D

entree.prawns in coconut sauce and steamed rice with grilled pineapples.
whole table chose this one.
the other two choices were salmon or quail.
then the main followed.eye fillet with potato wontons, steamed veg and kimchi.
other option was tuna.
brandon and lisa opted for duck confit with sesame sauce and lotus root.
rocket salad as the side dishes.
there were little parcels on the table with our names on them!!so cute.
there were beautiful miniature cups all the way from MALAYSIA.
yay malaysian pottery.
they went through 70 bottles of coke.
yes, imagine how hyper and delirious they went.
i barely finished my second bottle.

they ran out of coke and had to buy some at the nearby supermarket.

apple and liquorice pannacotta with apple fritter and apple fizz sorbet.
